Obituary of Helene Susanne Therrien
THERRIEN, Helene - Passed away peacefully with loving family by her side, on Saturday, January 27, 2007, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Jean Therrien (1984). Loving mother of Claire Therrien, the late Monique Hines and her husband Jon, Joanne Fraleigh and her husband Art Connolly of London, Yolande Mbala and her husband Lopez of Toronto, Pierre Therrien and his wife Anna Marie of Port Hope, Theresa Dacey and her husband Gary of Strathroy, and the late Dianne Therrien. Proud grandmother of Janice and Brian Payne, Craig and Celina Hines, Nicole Miskokomon, Andrew and Olivia Mbala, Jean Luc and Jacqueline Therrien, and Madeleine, Jamie and Cameron Dacey; and great-grandmother of Kyron Miskokomon. Dear sister of Frank Allard and his wife Janine of Montreal, the late Ronald Allard and his wife Therese of Hycinthe, QC, Denise Frigon and her husband Emile of Montreal and the late Muriel Hamel. Helene worked with the Lambton County School Board and was a member of the CWL of St. Joseph's parish. She shared her garden and love with everyone and will be sadly missed. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Eugene Bugala at St. Joseph's Church on Wednesday, January 31st at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
