Obituary of Leonello Iacobelli

IACOBELLI, Leonello – Peacefully surrounded by his family at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Maria (Virgilio). Dear father of Rino (Kendra) Iacobelli, Robert (Anissa) Iacobelli and Dino Iacobelli all of Sarnia. Loving Nonno of Joshua, Nicholas, Taylor, Vittoria and Mia. Dear brother of Anna (late Pasquale) DeCarolis, Adelaide (late Augusto) Greco, Onorio (Onoria) Iacobelli, Maria (Romano) Esposito, late Orlando (Violanda) Iacobelli and the late Iolanda (Giovanni) DeCarolis. Brother-in-law of Tommaso (Palmina) Virgilio, Filomena (late Arduino) Recchia, late Ferdinando & Libra Virgilio and late Alberto & Rita Virgilio. Also surviving are several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by parents Erminio & Vittoria Iacobelli and father and mother-in-law Antonio & Nunziata Virgilio. Visitation will be at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 10 a.m. Entombment Our Lady of Mercy Mausoleum.
