Obituary of Jeannine Lucille Drapeau

DRAPEAU, Jeannine – With her family at her side at St. Joseph's Hospice on Thursday, December 11, 2014 Jeannine died at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Jean-Yves for over 60 years. Dear mother of Denis (Claudette) Drapeau, Bright's Grove. Loving grandmother of Joel, Jacelyne and Gabrielle. Sister of Germain "Reg" (Moira) Regimbald, Florida. Predeceased by parents Honorius & Rhearita Regimbald and step-father Ted Roy. Jeannine was born on April 13, 1930 in Kapuskasing and came to Sarnia in 1951. Mom loved music and dancing. May her new sentimental journey begin by dancing in my father's arms at Christmas. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Kathemo Mukucha at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 12 noon on Monday, December 15, 2014. Cremation to follow with private interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
