Obituary of Gayle Margaret Lortie

LORTIE, Gayle (Placzek) – Peacefully at Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the age of 76. Mother of Renee, Picton. Sister of Pat Meraw, Sarnia, Dan (Ann) Placzek, Sarnia and Jim (Tip) Placzek, Vancouver. Gayle will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, Lisa, Mike, Tom, Andon, Dan, Pat and Dean; and special friends Connie, Lida and Chris.  Predeceased by parents Anthony & Agatha Placzek. Friends will be received at St. Benedict’s Church on Tuesday, August 7th from 9-10 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Raju Allumpurath at St. Benedict’s Church at 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Corunna.
