Obituary of Patrick Wayne Burns

BURNS, Patrick Wayne – Peacefully at L.H.S.C. University Campus on Friday, October 24, 2014 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Sue. Dear son of Helen & the late Gerald Burns, Elgin, ON. Brother of Sue (Bill) Brus, Portland, ON, Norm Burns, Portland, ON., Nansi (Colin) McEwan, Victoria, B.C., Rob Burns, Westport, ON.and Lori (Sly Ouellet) Burns, Kingston. Son-in-law of Mary & the late Walt Follen, Swartz Creek, MI. Brother-in-law of Sandy (Jim) Johnson, Lorraine Berry and Mike Follen. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Steve and Tim Burns. Pat was a welder and a proud long time member of U.A. Local 663 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 11 a.m. and will be officiated by Allan McKeown. Cremation will follow.
