Obituary of Annie Geraldine Johnston

JOHNSTON, Annie Geraldine – Peacefully at Trillium Villa Nursing Home on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, Annie died at the age of 89.  Predeceased by her husband Garnet, parents Mildred and Peter Jacques, brother Jakey Jacques and sisters Eileen Jacques and Josephine (Ken) Smith.  Annie was a loving aunt to Peggy and Peter Smith (Leslie Thomson) and Lena (John) MacDonald and great-aunt to several great nieces and nephews.  Annie retired from Prestolite as an inspector after many years of service.  She was a member of the O.L.M. Catholic Women’s League and also enjoyed social membership with the Salvation Army.  Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N.
