Obituary of Olive Mary Alice Williams

WILLIAMS, Olive Mary Alice (nee Bonhomme) –After a courageous battle with cancer, Olive died peacefully with her family by her side at Bluewater Health, Palliative Care, on Saturday, March 8, 2008. Born in Cornwall on March 12, 1924, Olive was in her 84th year; formerly of Burlington where she was a member of St. John the Baptist Parish, and currently residing in Sarnia. Beloved wife of the late George Williams. Loving mother of Francine and her husband Dwayne Meisner, Eastern Passage, NS, and Jane Ryan-Levesque and her husband Paul Levesque, Point Edward. Cherished grandmother of Michael and Brian Clarke, David and Lindsay Ryan, Kevin and Trish Ryan, Sean and Stacey Ryan, Devin Ryan and Krista Herdman; and great-grandmother of Isabella, Alexandra, Olivia and Zoey Ryan. Dear sister of Joyce Dufresne, Cornwall, and Linda Gauthier, Martintown. Special friend of Eva Levesque, Sarnia. Olive was a longtime member of the CWL. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Tom Lever at Sacred Heart Church on Monday, March 10th at 2:30 p.m. Interment at a later date at St. Columban’s Cemetery, Cornwall.
