Obituary of Oram Joseph Edgar Brousseau

BROUSSEAU, Oram Joseph Edgar – Passed away at the age of 83 at Bluewater Health, Mitton Site on December 28, 2008. Beloved husband and life partner of Georgette for 63 years. Loving father of Mike & Donna Brousseau, Calgary, Diane Brousseau, Ottawa, Rene & Debra Brousseau, Rochester, MI, Jacques & Wendy Brousseau, Corunna, Daniel & Terrilynne Brousseau, Corunna. Proud grandfather of Scott, David, Michelle, Justin, Jessica, Jacqueline, Daytona, Brittany, and great-grandfather of Ali and Mathew. Dear brother of Jean Marc & Yvette Brousseau, Rouyn-Noranda, QC. Predeceased by his parents Yvonne and Aristide and sisters Veronique Boivert, Monique Brousseau and Bernadette Brousseau. Oram was a member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, Council 1429, and touched the lives of many through his friendships, generosity, volunteer work and through his association with numerous community groups. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, on Friday, January 2, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jim Higgins at Sacred Heart Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
