Obituary of Veronica Mary McCormick

McCORMICK, Veronica Mary (nee Redden) – At Bluewater Health, Mitton Site on Friday, May 29, 2009, Veronica died at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Gerald for 56 years. Loving mother of Jim McCormick, Jerry (Debbie) McCormick, Cindy (Jerry) O’Neil, Pat (Dave) Round, and Mike (Jen) McCormick. Proud grandmother of Shannon, Joel, Jody, Krissy, Becky, Natalie, Jennifer, Jake, Lisa, Ashley and Bryce; and great-grandmother of eight. Dear sister Ernie (Joyce) Redden, Earl (Jill) Redden and Edith (Robin) Chemago, Edmonton. Predeceased by her parents Louise and Lawrence and her brother Don (2000). Veronica was a member of the CWL and worked at Dominion and A&P for many years. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Sunday, May 31st from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church on Monday, June 1st at 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
