Obituary of Jan (John) Klimko

KLIMKO, JAN (JOHN) – At Bluewater Health – Mitton Site on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Katharina. Dear father of Olga, Victoria, B.C., Helena & her husband Roman Cherwonogrodzky, Houston, Texas, Natalia & her husband David Maunder, Toronto and the late Maria Yaroslava. Loving grandfather of Natasha, Alannah, Larah and David. John was a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Local 663 for over 50 years. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Edward Yarema at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. George’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1045 Rosedale Ave., Sarnia. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
