Obituary of Celeste DeFatima Chaves Ramos

RAMOS, Celeste – At Bluewater Health, Mitton Site, on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, Celeste died at the age of 50. Cherished daughter of Amorim and Maria Mendonca. Beloved wife of Jose Ramos. Loving mother of Mike (Tammy) Ramos and Tracy Ramos (Ian Holbin). Proud Little Nana of Faith, Austin, Miguel, and Faye. Dear sister of Gabrielle Stringer and Manuel and Fatima Mendonca; and sister-in-law of Zella and Jose Arruda, Teresa Ramos, Jose Rocha, Joao and Chasity Ramos, Rita and Tony Vieira. Daughter-in-law of Maria and the late Jose Ramos. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Matthew Bedard at St. Benedict’s Church on Saturday, January 19th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
