BLAIS, Harvey Roger Sr. – Peacefully at Bluewater Health on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Helen (2013) for 55 years. Loving father of Harvey Jr. (Alice), Michelle (Al) Weiss, Brian (Susie) and Cindy (Rich) Foubister. Proud grandpa of Selina, Austin, Parker, Sidney, Brent, Perré, Renae and Rebecca. Brother of Janet Roberts, Penticton, B.C. Brother-in-law of Kathleen (Peter) Glaab, Virginia McGill and Anne Ward. Predeceased by parents Laurent & Yvonne Blais, brother Vern Blais, sisters Clare Jenkins, Delores Filby and Diane Cartier and in-laws Bruce & Marilyn Johnson, Lorne McGill, Marjorie & Charlie Hunter and Don Ward and by niece Debbie Ward. Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431. N. Christina St., Sarnia on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Lucio Coutu at St. Benedict’s Church on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
