Obituary of Norma Dolores Hewitt
HEWITT, Norma Dolores (LaBossiere) – Peacefully at Marshall Gowland Manor on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Stanley L. Hewitt (2006). Loved mother of Sheila (Ian) Foster, B.C., Shirley Lafreniere, B.C., Lynda Lafreniere, B.C., step-daughter Doreen (Fred) Seidl, Plympton-Wyoming and daughter-in-law Marlene Lafreniere, B.C. Dear grandmother of 9. Sister of Cecile (Brian) McEachen, Sarnia, Al (Flo) LaBossiere, Winnipeg and Emile (late Emily) LaBossiere, California . Also surviving are several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by daughter Patricia Lafreniere, sons Richard and Denis Lafreniere, sisters Therese, Clemence and brother Jerry LaBossiere. A private family memorial service in celebration of Norma’s life will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia in November. A tree will be planted in memory of Norma Hewitt in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest. Dedication service Sunday, September 18th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wawanosh Wetlands Conservation Area.
