Obituary of Jose Henrique Ramos
RAMOS, Jose “Joe” Henrique – With family by his side Jose Ramos died peacefully at Bluewater Health, on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of the late Celeste (Mendonca) and Maria “Lucy” Martins. Loving father of Mike Ramos & his wife Tammy and Tracy Ramos & her fiancé Tom Humphreys. Cherished grandfather of Faith, Austin, Miguel and Faye & Grayson. Dear brother of Zella & Jose Arruda, Teresa Ramos, Jose Rocha, Joao Ramos & his partner Odilia Silveira, Rita & Tony Vieira. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Maria & Jose Ramos. Joe was a labourer with local 1089 for over 20 years. Joe’s passion was bull fighting. He not only loved to watch but loved to take care of the bulls. Joe was the king of the kitchen; he loved to cook and was ready to feed whomever walked through the door. He will be sadly missed but forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where prayers will be offered at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Savel at St. Benedict’s Church on Saturday, June 16th at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
