Obituary of Guy Roma Groulx

GROULX, Guy Roma – After a courageous battle with cancer for many years, Guy Groulx died at Bluewater Health on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the age of 86.  Beloved husband of Beverley.  Loving father of Michael (Terry), Howard (Kim), Mark (Katy) and the late Steven (2017).  Cherished grandfather of Lisa (Paul), Kristen, Spencer, Grant, Ann, Tyler, Meghan (Jeff) and Kenny (Sarah). Proud great-grandfather of Hunter, Henry, Ella, Bree and Andrea.  Predeceased by his parents Hector & Emelda Groulx and his siblings.  Guy was a long time retiree of Nova Chemicals.  With a passion for travel, Guy and Beverley spent their retirement years traveling in their motorhome across the country, east coast to the west coast and into the U.S. He was an avid reader.  Cremation has taken place.  Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Friday July 27, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Private interment at Lakeview Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 556 N.
