Obituary of Patricia Jean Sauve
SAUVE, Patricia Jean (nee Ricketts) – Surrounded by the love of her family Patricia Sauve died peacefully on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the age of 82, at St. Joseph’s Hospice. Beloved wife of the late Norman. Loving mother of Kim and the late Rick Thibeault, Brenda Chambers & her husband Scott and Rick & his wife Shirley Sauve. Proud grandmother of Kelly and the late Corey Bedard, Michelle Thibeault and Stephanie Reeves & her husband Ian. Jessica Laliberte (Shawn) and Brendan Sauve. Cherished great-grandmother of Jacob (Thibeault) Cadwell, Elise, Ava and Madelyn Laliberte. Dear sister of Anne Marie Rowe & her husband Tom. Sister-in-law of Catherine Ricketts, Rita Sauve, Raymond and his wife Jean Sauve. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Hazel & William Ricketts, siblings Bill Ricketts, Betty Kerns and Rosemary Hines. Patricia always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed volunteering at the Canadian Blood Services clinic, swimming at the Holiday Inn pool. She told the best jokes, made the best date squares and most of all loved being with her family, sharing memories and laughing until we cried. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431. N. Christina St., Sarnia on Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 2 to 5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Benedict’s Church on Monday, November 19th at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow with a private family interment at a later date.
