Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 11 a.m. A celebration of life and lunch will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 62, 286 N. Front St., Sarnia, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Private family burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, SARNIA, (519)344-3131. “Weep not for me though I am gone into that gentle night.

Grieve if you will, but not for long upon my soul’s sweet flight.

I am at peace, my soul is at rest, there is no need for tears,

for with your love I was so blessed for all those many years.

There is no pain, I suffer not, the fear now all is gone.

Put now these things out of your thoughts; in your memory I live on.

Remember not my fight for breath, remember not the strife.

Please do not dwell upon my death, but celebrate my life”.
