I had the pleasure of working with Judy for many years at the Shell Chemical Plant and spent countless hours together as members of our Union Executive Local 800 (ECWU/CEP) Judy was as strong a woman as I have ever met, she was quick witted and spoke her mind and would not stand for any perceived injustice. It was with her help that Local 800 became the little Local Union recognized across the country. She was driven and backed up her discussions with accurate facts and never ending passion. Judy played a role in changing many of us, mediocrity would not do in her presence. Tough but fair Judy engaged anyone without apology. My condolences to her family and friends, I was proud to call her sister, RIP Judy you were one of a kind.
