Obituary of Rosa Elvira Gioiosa

GIOIOSA (D’Urso), Rosa Elvira – Rosa passed away with family by her side at Bluewater Health on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Rocco (2010). Dear mother of Henry Gioiosa, Sarnia and Anthony Gioiosa (Wendy), Brights Grove and their family Brittany Stephenson (Dan) and Travis DeSchutter. Sister of Rosaria D’Urso Pisano (Gabriele), Italy. Sister-in-law of Giuliana D’Urso, Italy. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Nicola & Nina Antonina De Caro D’Urso, sister Anna Maria D’Urso Passante (Francesco) and brother Michele Fernando D’Urso. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431. N. Christina St., Sarnia on Monday from 2-5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Benedict’s Church on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 10 a.m.  Entombment Our Lady of Mercy Mausoleum.
