Obituary of Rolande Raymonde Millette

MILLETTE, Rolande Raymonde “Rolie” – Peacefully at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Ronald Millette. Dear mother of Yves Millette (Dianne), Vancouver, Danielle Germain (Darryl), Mooretown and Jo-Ann Franchetto (Steve), Hamilton. Loving grandmother of Caroline Millette (Chad), Sam Millette, Brodie and Chantalle Germain and Hunter and Jayden Lee. Great-grandmother of Marlowe and Wilder. Sister of Roland, Yvon and Gerald Lajoie, Lucienne Tremblay and Alice “Taie” Lessard. Predeceased by parents William & Alice Lajoie and 10 of her 15 siblings. The family would like to thank the staff of Iris Wing at Marshall Gowland Manor for the loving care given to Rolie during her 10 year stay there. Also a thank you to the staff and nurses at Bluewater Health, Palliative Care. Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Kathemo Mukucha at St. Thomas Aquinas Church on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends in the parish hall immediately following the service.
