The Knights of Columbus Sarnia 1429 WE Prentice would like to express our deepest condolences for your loss of Dr. Ken Bryson. Ken, a 4th-degree member, volunteered with the Knights for over 35 years. Ken, despite his health issues and the risks the pandemic introduced with that prognosis, Ken still pushed forward volunteered with our council. Dear Rosalie and Family,
I was saddened to learn of Ken's death. I knew you all for many years and have always enjoyed Ken's friendship and conversations both while we worked together at CBU or in his home at meals and gatherings. Ken was a delight: open, honest, direct,,a listener, challenger and affirmer, a teacher and husband /father. I am so pleased to have known him. He was certainly very helpful to me in so many ways.
I assure you of my sympathies and condolences, care and concern, friendship and prayer.
God bless you. See you when you come home this summer.

Dear Rosalie, Josh, Dee, Mikelle and Families:
We offer heartfelt sympathies and the deepest condolences upon the loss of your loved one, Ken. Even after his retirement, he continued to teach, edit books and write, and what a beautiful obituary he wrote. When he taught at U.C.B., teaching courses that required his Flowers and Death book, Ken would have students write their own obituaries. As Ken wrote, "The exercise (writing one's obituary) functions as a source of inspiration to make the best of the time allotted..." May Ken continue to be a source of inspiration in your lives, and the lives of many others whom he touched through his gifts.
Fr. Barrett Clare-Johnson, Marg and Jim Johnson
