I have known Gerry since I was about 6 years old... some 68 years in all. She and Dick with Louise, Denis and Mitch gave my childhood a French Canadian joie de vivre that my British parents were unable to muster. It made for a great childhood and life long friends that I cherish.
Everyone talks about her sense of humour and it was only out-shone by the addition of the music that poured out of that home!
Gerry taught me how to sew, she taught me how to cook her recipes and how to let loose and have fun! She was sharp as a whip right until her last days and I am grateful that I recently had a chance to talk to her as if no time had passed.
Gerry, you and Dick will always be in my heart right beside my own parents..two of your best friends.
All my love to the entire LePage family.

Condolences to Louise, Denis, Mitch and families,
I remember many after school visits to your house, camping with you at the old K of C property and our times in Girl Guides with your Mom as leader. Your Mom was fun to be around and will be dearly missed.

My sincere condolences to the entire LePage family. I met Germaine when making visits for Retired Teachers of Ontario. What a wonderful lady! We became friends through those visits and I continued to visit after she moved to Port Colborne. She was always so positive and able to discuss all the current world issues, often with some humour. She was a wonderful role model, not only for family, but for everyone who knew her. I thought her voice sounded weaker when I called at Christmas but she still had that positive vibe. She will be missed by many people. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
