Also survived by his father Allen McLean, many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. Predeceased by his beloved Grandparents Arthur & Mary Burchell, Mother Marilyn McLean & infant sister Annette Burchell.
Shaun had a great sense of humor, cracking jokes & laughing often. He had a heart of gold & would help anyone that he could. He loved anything related to cars especially old classic cars and drag racing. As a young man, he worked at J&J Autobody. He took pride in turning a car into a showpiece. Later in life, he displayed his artistic talents by occasionally designing tattoos & airbrushing his designs on motorcycles & cars.
His ultimate pride & joy were his daughter Dominique & son Cooper. He was a devoted father who adored his children immensely. As young children, read them books, sang songs to them, shared his love of music with them, coloured with them and even patiently sat while his fingernails were painted pink & his hair was coiffed into silly pony tails. They brought out the best in him and he was grateful for every moment he shared with them.
Shaun loved music and enjoyed playing the drums, dabbling a little with guitars & singing. Even attempting to play the violin. He was thankful to his band buddies for allowing him to play alongside them. It gave him great pleasure.
Shaun had so many talents but the best talents of all was making friends into family. His family felt it only right for everyone to have the opportunity to share & celebrate his life.
