We lived next door to Phyllis in Bright’s Grove for a number of years with our young family. We would walk regularly along the beach. She was a true companion and support person especially if I needed help with the children. Our youngest Jenny especially developed a strong bond with Phyllis, spending many hours on her side porch playing and keeping each other company. It was a sad day when we moved to Stratford.
