Obituary of Margaret Lozier

LOZIER, Margaret Audrey “Butchie” (nee Beggs) – Peacefully with her family by her side, Margaret died at Bluewater Health on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the age of 79.  Beloved wife of 63 yrs to Leo.  Loving mother of Jeff Lozier, Sarnia and Michelle Clark & her husband Steve, Mooretown.  Cherished grandmother of Zachary & Emma Clark.  Dear sister of Mary Robertson (late Ace), Sarnia, Jackie Lambert (Fred), B.C., Gini Roy (Mike), Sarnia and Dorothy Parnell (Bill), Corunna.  Predeceased by her parents Glen & Kathleen Beggs and her sister Gerry Sole.

Margaret's passion was her family and spending time with them gave her immense pleasure and a full heart.  She had limitless talents in the arts, knitting and crocheting. Margaret loved decorating various floats for the Christmas parades, arenas and halls for different celebrations including the Special Olympics.  She was a talented seamstress, making many an outfit to numerous costumes.  Margarets artistic abilities have painted beautiful memories for many. Her talents and heart will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 431 Christina St. N. on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.  The funeral service will immediately follow in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to Bluewater Health Foundation, 89 Norman St, Sarnia, N7T 6S3.  Messages of condolence and memories may be left at www.mckenzieblundy.com
